**TL;DR:** The Fekkai-Epstein connection has been reported since 2019. What's new: DOJ document EFTA01619306 shows the salon was still being used as a victim handoff point in February 2019 - with a Russian minor being brought "straight from Frederic" to Epstein's townhouse.

What Was Already Known

The Daily Beast reported in 2019 that Epstein brought young women to Frederic Fekkai's upscale NYC salon after his 2008 conviction. Johanna Sjoberg testified in a 2016 deposition that she heard Epstein say: "Fekkai is in Hawaii. Can we find some girls for him?"

Epstein had 16 numbers for Fekkai in his black book. Flight logs show Fekkai flew on Epstein's plane twice with Ghislaine Maxwell.
