# We Just Added the FBI FOIA Vault to epstein.dugganusa.com
Four FBI FOIA files. Nine PDFs. 752 pages released. Approximately 1,176 pages deleted. Every surviving page OCR'd, extracted, and indexed into a searchable database alongside 398,525 Epstein Task Force documents, 2 million ICIJ offshore entities, and 3.3 million ICIJ relationship records.
The subjects: **Ivana Trump. Kushner Companies. NXIVM. Ted Kaczynski.**
They look random. They're not.
What We Did
We downloaded four FBI FOIA releases from the FBI Vault, extracted text from nine scanned PDFs using optical character recognition (1.85 million characters), uploaded them to the same Azure VM that hosts the Epstein files search engine, and indexed them into Meilisearch as a new dataset: **fbi_foia_wildcard**.
Then we ran every name, every case number, and every entity against 10.9 million documents across 37 indices.
The results drew a graph.
The Files
Ivana Trump (3 PDFs, ~265 pages, 170 deleted — 64%)
**Classification: SECRET FCI-CZ (Foreign Counterintelligence — Czechoslovakia)**
The FBI maintained a secret counterintelligence file on the woman who would become First Lady of the United States. The surviving pages document:
- **Jiri Mucha** — son of Art Nouveau painter Alphonse Mucha, identified as an FCI-CZ contact
- Overlap with **Genovese organized crime family wiretaps**
- Connections to **Tel-Com Wireless** and Russian organized crime
- **170 of 265 pages deleted** under national security exemptions
The woman the FBI classified as a foreign counterintelligence subject died on July 14, 2022. She was buried at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey — land that receives property tax exemptions for cemetery use under New Jersey law.
Kushner Companies (4 PDFs, ~1,750 pages, ~1,176 deleted — 69%)
**Case 194A-NK-109145 — Public Corruption, Newark Squad C-8**
The FBI opened this investigation on February 13, 2003. The subjects: **Charles A. Kushner** and **Richard Stadtmauer**, operating as Kushner Companies. The allegations:
- **$3.1 million in political donations** laundered through approximately 150 real estate partnerships — contributions made in partners' names without their knowledge
- **$1.5 million to Jim McGreevey's gubernatorial campaign**, which delivered a Port Authority of New York and New Jersey board appointment
- Joint **FBI/IRS** investigation with an **FBI-to-SEC records request**
- A **Blackberry 6510 seized** and sent to FBI Quantico for forensic analysis
- **71 court-sealed pages** a federal judge won't release even under FOIA
- Grand jury subpoenas issued **12 days after the case opened** — the FBI came in with a target list
Prosecutor: **Christopher J. Christie**, US Attorney, District of New Jersey. Charles Kushner pled guilty to **Title 18 Section 371 (Conspiracy)** on February 16, 2006. His own defense attorneys at Brafman and Ross wrote in their sentencing memo: "Charlie Kushner violated the law...knowingly."
Fourteen months in federal prison. His son Jared Kushner later served as Senior Advisor to President Donald Trump. Christie was passed over for Attorney General — reportedly at Jared's urging.
NXIVM (1 PDF, ~70 pages, 58 deleted — 83%)
**FBI Files: 196D-AL-45794 (Albany), 329A-LA-258786 (Los Angeles)**
The FBI opened a Special Inquiry on NXIVM in Albany and a Preliminary Investigation in Los Angeles. Three pages deleted under **b7D — confidential source protection**. Someone inside the organization was talking to the FBI.
Keith Raniere wasn't arrested until 2018. Clare Bronfman pled guilty in 2020. The FBI had NXIVM on radar **15 years before the arrest**.
The same pattern as Jeffrey Epstein: the 2008 non-prosecution agreement preceded the 2019 arrest by 11 years. Both prosecuted in the Southern District of New York. Both funded by dynastic wealth. Both ran for years under federal awareness.
Ted Kaczynski / UNABOM (1 PDF, 150 pages)
**Case 149A-SF-106204 — Major Case #75**
The longest manhunt in American history. 16 improvised explosive devices. 3 dead. 23 injured. 18 years. The UNABOM Task Force built what may have been the FBI's first search engine: 19,000 text documents, 7 million victimology source documents, SUN Sparc 10 workstations, SYBASE databases on Massively Parallel Processors.
In 1994, before Google existed, the FBI indexed 7 million documents to find one man.
In 2026, we indexed 10.9 million documents to find the system that protects all of them.
The Graph Nobody Drew
When you run these four subjects against the DugganUSA indices, they stop being four stories and become one:
> Czech Intelligence (FCI-CZ) connects to Ivana Trump, who connects to Donald Trump, who connects to Jared Kushner, who connects to Kushner Companies (150 partnerships, $3.1M laundered donations), which connects to Chris Christie (prosecutor), who connects back to Trump (AG rejection). Meanwhile, the DiIorio whistleblower thread in the DOJ Epstein files maps Apollo/Leon Black to Schwarzman to Trump/Kushner to Epstein to Putin. Separately, NXIVM and Epstein were parallel SDNY sex trafficking prosecutions, both funded by dynastic wealth, both running for over a decade under FBI awareness. And the UNABOM Task Force's 7-million-document data infrastructure was the institutional ancestor of the Epstein Task Force Archive.
Four FOIA files. One graph. Every edge is government-sourced data.
The Deletion Rates
| Subject | Released | Deleted | Rate |
|---------|----------|---------|------|
| Ivana Trump | ~95 pages | 170 | 64% |
| Kushner Companies | ~574 pages | ~1,176 | 69% |
| NXIVM | ~12 pages | 58 | 83% |
| Kaczynski | 150 pages | unknown | N/A |
NXIVM has an **83% deletion rate**. For a case that resulted in public federal convictions. Three pages deleted under confidential source protection. The case is closed. The FBI is still redacting.
Kushner Companies: 71 court-sealed pages. The case ended in 2006. Twenty years later, a federal judge still won't unseal them.
Ivana Trump: SECRET classification with a foreign counterintelligence compartment. Sixty-four percent of the file is gone.
The government chose what to release. Even the filtered version draws the graph.

The Research Files
Full analytical deep dives for each subject — with exemption code analysis, deletion breakdowns, timelines, and cross-index augmentation — are published on GitHub:
- FBI FOIA: Ivana Trump (SECRET FCI-CZ)
- FBI FOIA: Kushner Companies (Case 194A-NK-109145)
- FBI FOIA: NXIVM (15 years of FBI awareness)

Why This Matters
DugganUSA only sources government-released data. The FBI chose what to include in these FOIA releases. They chose what to redact. They chose the exemption codes. They chose which pages to seal.
Even their filtered narrative draws a graph connecting Czech intelligence, New Jersey political corruption, sex trafficking operations, and the FBI's own investigative evolution — all touching the same family network across four decades.
We didn't connect these dots. The government's own documents did. We just made them searchable.
The 1,176 deleted pages might tell a different story. We don't have those pages. That's the point.
