# "I Designed the DJT Business Comeback": What 1,104 DOJ Documents Reveal About Trump and Epstein

**The DOJ removed a photo of Howard Lutnick from the Epstein files today. We already had it. We also have 1,103 other documents they'd rather you didn't search.**

We ran a deep scan. Every index. Every alias. Every co-occurrence. Here's what 398,000+ DOJ documents, 12,000 archive.org court records, and 7.4 million ICIJ offshore records say about Donald Trump and the Epstein-Maxwell network.

This is not commentary. These are excerpts from government documents. Cited by EFTA number and dataset.

The Aliases We Searched

| Alias | Result |

|-------|--------|

| Donald Trump / Donald J. Trump | **1,104 documents** |

| DJT | **30+ emails** — Epstein's inner circle used this routinely |

| Katie Johnson | **12+ documents** — the Jane Doe rape plaintiff |

| John Barron | 0 raw DOJ hits in Epstein context |

| John Miller | Noise — common name |

| David Dennison | 0 hits |

| Individual-1 | 0 hits |

The real alias isn't "John Barron." It's **DJT** — the casual shorthand Epstein's closest associates used when discussing the sitting President of the United States in iMessages and emails preserved by the DOJ.

Receipt #1: "I Designed the DJT Business Comeback"

**Nicholas Ribis to Jeffrey Epstein — April 25, 2016**

*Dataset: House Oversight*

> "Remind ur friend that I designed the DJT business comeback and now he may be the President"

>

> — Nicholas Ribis, President/CEO, NLR Ventures, 60 Morris Turnpike 2FL, Summit, NJ 07901

Who is Nicholas Ribis? A casino executive who ran Trump's gaming operations. He emailed Epstein constantly — about Trump's policies, Trump's staff, Trump's legal problems. Three months before that email, in January 2016:

> "Jeffrey — I told u weeks ago that Davis would issue a report critical of Leon and board read article in Post business page re Davis Report and Caesars — and **DJT will be President** -- Nick"

A man who claims to have engineered Trump's financial resurrection from bankruptcy was simultaneously an Epstein confidant. Not a casual acquaintance — a regular correspondent who discussed Trump's presidency in real-time with a convicted sex offender.

Receipt #2: "Donald Has Recently Said That I Betrayed Him"

**Jeffrey Epstein to Nicholas Ribis — June 2, 2017**

*Dataset: Dataset 11, House Oversight*

> "Nick, Donald has recently said that I betrayed him 15 years ago, he said there was a lawsuit that he asked me to get involved and help and I refused. Do you have any insight??"

Ribis responds within minutes:

> "He said that because he wants to discredit or downgrade u with the person he said it to"

Then:

> "U know he lies only when his month is moving!"

Three things this email proves:

1. **Trump was actively discussing Epstein in 2017** — during his presidency

2. **Trump acknowledges a relationship going back to at least 2002** ("15 years ago")

3. **Trump asked Epstein for help with a lawsuit** — an unspecified lawsuit where the future president sought assistance from a registered sex offender

What lawsuit? We don't know. The DOJ hasn't told us. The documents don't say. But the question hangs in 398,000 pages of evidence.

Receipt #3: The Katie Johnson Complaint Distribution

**Jeffrey Epstein to 6 recipients — April 28, 2016**

*Dataset: House Oversight*

When the Katie Johnson v. Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein complaint was filed — a federal lawsuit alleging Trump raped a 13-year-old girl at an Epstein party in 1994 — Epstein didn't panic. He forwarded it.

**To Alan Dershowitz** (his defense attorney):

> Forwarded: "katie johnson v trump complaint.pdf"

**To Roy Black** (his defense attorney):

> Forwarded: "katie johnson v trump complaint.pdf"

**To Kathy Ruemmler** (former White House Counsel under President Obama):

> Forwarded: "katie johnson v trump complaint.pdf"

**To Tom Barrack** (Trump's close friend, later inaugural committee chairman):

> "nuts but i thought you guys should know"

**To Michael Wolff** (journalist, later author of *Fire and Fury*):

> "here we go"

Read that distribution list again. A sex offender forwarded a child rape complaint against the future president to:

- His own lawyers

- Obama's former White House Counsel

- Trump's closest friend

- A journalist who would later write two books about Trump's White House

Both political parties had this document. Neither acted.

Receipt #4: The 28 Girls

**Internal SDNY Prosecutor Email — July 10, 2019**

*Dataset: Dataset 8, Dataset 9*

> Subject: Vanity Fair: Just "Him and Epstein" and "28 Girls": Florida Man Drops a Dime on Trump

>

> "Florida businessman George Houraney told the New York Times that the president's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein involved at least one 'calendar girl' party at Mar-a-Lago"

George Houraney organized the party at Trump's request. Just Trump, Epstein, and 28 women. When Houraney's business partner Jill Harth later accused Trump of sexual assault at Mar-a-Lago, Epstein preserved her account too:

**Epstein to Michael Wolff — December 15, 2018**

*Dataset: House Oversight*

> "The allegation: Harth claimed that Trump made repeated unwanted sexual advances as she and her romantic partner at the time, George Houraney, pursued a business relationship with the mogul in the early 1990s. She said that on January 24, 1993, at Mar-a-Lago, Trump offered her a tour of the estate then..."

Epstein kept the receipts on Trump. He kept the receipts on everyone.

Receipt #5: The Michael Wolff Channel

**Michael Wolff to Jeffrey Epstein — March 24, 2018**

*Dataset: Dataset 11, House Oversight*

> "Three hours with SB [Steve Bannon] who believes DJT won't last to the mid terms. Also saw Brad Karp who is super smart."

Wolff was feeding Epstein intelligence about Trump's inner circle. Epstein was feeding Wolff material for his books. This wasn't journalism — it was a bidirectional information operation running through a sex trafficker's email.

**Epstein to Wolff — January 6, 2018:**

> "It looks to me as you might have driven him over the edge. DJT: 'I do things proper !!/ '"

**Wolff to Epstein — November 28, 2016:**

> "Thought you might be interested in this--it's suddenly made me the only liberal-media guy with access to Trump circle."

Wolff gained access to Trump through the Bannon connection. Bannon was Epstein's correspondent. The information loop: **Trump → Bannon → Wolff → Epstein → Wolff → Books → Public**. The sex trafficker was the relay node.

Receipt #6: "Belonged to Intelligence"

**EFTA00030182 — DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility**

*Dataset: Dataset 9*

When Alexander Acosta was being vetted for Labor Secretary, the Trump transition team asked about Epstein.

> "I was told Epstein 'belonged to intelligence' and to leave it alone."

The Trump transition team heard this. They hired him anyway. Acosta signed the 2007 Non-Prosecution Agreement that gave immunity to all of Epstein's co-conspirators — unnamed and unnamed.

Receipt #7: Tom Barrack — The Bridge

**Jeffrey Epstein to Tom Barrack — Various dates, 2010-2012**

*Dataset: Dataset 10, Dataset 11*

> "come see me, there are so many fun things to do" (January 13, 2011)

> "woody allen and i are great friends he is coming to dinner with dick cavett on the 16th, I thought as I need to have a strong draw to see you, you are invited" (February 2, 2012)

> "if the mountain won't come to mohammed, I will be in LA the week of the 28th.. any time?" (February 9, 2011)

Tom Barrack later chaired Trump's inaugural committee. That committee was subpoenaed for financial irregularities. Epstein's scheduler Lesley Groff organized Barrack meetings. Barrack was invited to the Ehud Barak dinner Epstein hosted — the same Barak who visited Epstein's island, who was photographed entering Epstein's townhouse, who is under investigation in Israel.

The Social Graph: 55 Connections

Our co-occurrence engine found 55 people who appear alongside Trump in the Epstein files:

| Connection | Co-Documents | What It Means |

|-----------|-------------|---------------|

| Jeffrey Epstein | 596 | Primary subject — not "barely knew him" |

| Bill Clinton | 261 | Both presidents in same trafficking network |

| Ghislaine Maxwell | 210 | The recruiter Trump wished well from the White House |

| Prince Andrew | 178 | The royal who settled for millions |

| Alan Dershowitz | 168 | Shared defense counsel |

| Michael Wolff | 75 | Information conduit |

| Sarah Kellen | 68 | Epstein's scheduler — she managed access |

| Steve Bannon | 57 | White House strategist + Epstein correspondent |

| Alexander Acosta | 55 | "Leave it alone" — hired anyway |

| Jared Kushner | 44 | Son-in-law, named in SEC whistleblower tip |

| Katie Johnson | 20 | The 13-year-old |

596 co-documents. Not a casual acquaintance. Not someone he "barely knew." Five hundred and ninety-six government documents where Trump and Epstein appear together.

The Framework Scores

| Framework | Score | Rating |

|-----------|-------|--------|

| CARVER (military targeting) | 24/30 | HIGH |

| DREAD (threat modeling) | 46/50 | CRITICAL |

| ACH: Direct participant | Net score 25 | STRONGLY SUPPORTED |

| ACH: Cover-up / obstruction | Net score 9 | STRONGLY SUPPORTED |

| ACH: Social proximity only | Net score -6 | REFUTED |

The "I barely knew him" defense scores **negative six** on our Analysis of Competing Hypotheses. The math doesn't support it. 1,104 documents, 168 court cases, and 55 network connections is not social proximity. It's operational integration.

What the DOJ Removed Today

The Lutnick photo — EFTA01230639, Dataset 9 — was removed from justice.gov today. A photo of Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick with Epstein on Little St. James island.

NPR separately confirmed the DOJ withheld and removed documents related to Trump.

They can delete from justice.gov. They can't delete from our index. We indexed everything before they touched it.
