# Rep. Massie: 20 Documents You Should Request Unredacted
**The DOJ says there will be no additional prosecutions. Here's the evidence that proves they're wrong.**
On February 2, 2026, Deputy Attorney General Blanche stated there would be "no additional prosecutions" related to Jeffrey Epstein. One week later, we've indexed 92,188 DOJ documents and identified 20 that directly contradict that position.
Rep. Thomas Massie has been vocal about demanding accountability. This is our contribution: a prioritized list of documents that, if obtained unredacted, could support prosecutions against co-conspirators who have thus far escaped justice.
The Methodology
We built a searchable index of the DOJ's Epstein Files release. When journalists reported on "lurid details," we followed the money. When the DOJ admitted redaction failures, we mapped the patterns.
This list isn't speculation. Every document cited exists in the DOJ release. We're simply connecting dots the government chose not to connect.
TIER 1: The Prosecution Blueprint
These documents contain the DOJ's own analysis of who could be charged. They exist. They've been released. The redactions are the only thing standing between accountability and impunity.
EFTA02731082 - "Investigation into Potential Co-Conspirators"
**What it is:** A December 2019 SDNY memorandum to U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman titled "Investigation into Potential Co-Conspirators of Jeffrey Epstein."
**Why it matters:** This document "details the investigative steps taken since the indictment" and "analyzes the extent to which certain of Epstein's associates and employees may or may not be criminally liable."
**What Massie should request:** The complete, unredacted memo including all names analyzed for potential prosecution.
EFTA00040089 - The Non-Prosecution Agreement
**What it is:** The 2007 NPA and Addendum that granted immunity to "any potential co-conspirator."
**Why it matters:** This is the document that let the enablers walk. The names of those granted immunity are the names of people who should have been prosecuted.
**What Massie should request:** The full list of individuals covered by the NPA's immunity provisions.
EFTA01282018 - The Butterfly Trust
**What it is:** An irrevocable trust created December 27, 2006 - nine months BEFORE the NPA was signed.
**Named beneficiaries:** Sarah Kellen, Nadia Marcinkova, Ghislaine Maxwell.
**Why it matters:** Epstein created a financial structure to pay his co-conspirators BEFORE their immunity was guaranteed. This suggests advance knowledge of the NPA terms and possible coordination with prosecutors.
**What Massie should request:** The complete trust document and all disbursement records.
EFTA02731226 - Maxwell Prosecution Memorandum
**What it is:** A March 2021 SDNY memo seeking authorization to charge Maxwell with additional offenses.
**Why it matters:** This document provides the legal template for prosecuting co-conspirators. The methodology used against Maxwell could be applied to others.
**What Massie should request:** The full memo, particularly sections discussing other potential defendants.
EFTA00011475 - DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility Report
**What it is:** The OPR investigation into the Southern District of Florida's handling of the 2006-2008 Epstein investigation.
**Why it matters:** Documents potential prosecutorial misconduct and explains WHY the original case was bungled.
**What Massie should request:** The complete, unredacted report including all attorney names.
TIER 2: FBI Witness Interviews
The FBI interviewed dozens of witnesses. Those interviews contain names - names of perpetrators, names of victims, names of people who knew and did nothing.

TIER 3: Follow the Money
The financial records tell a story the DOJ doesn't want told. Banks flagged Epstein. They filed Suspicious Activity Reports. They kept banking him anyway.

Direct email communication between Epstein and the CEO of JPMorgan Chase. The relationship was not casual.

Epstein asking Staley about having "Peter have a relationship with Cazanov." Potential Russian financial connections worth investigating.

Internal compliance alert flagging Epstein as critical risk. The bank knew. The bank continued.

Request them unredacted. Make them public. Let the American people see what the DOJ is hiding.
The statement that there will be "no additional prosecutions" is a policy choice, not a legal necessity. The evidence for prosecution exists. We've indexed it.
