# September 27, 2010: The Wire Dump JPMorgan Doesn't Want You To See

**TL;DR:** One fax. One day. Six wire transfers totaling over $2 million. Ghislaine Maxwell moving $1M through JPMorgan. Epstein funding island construction - desalination systems, cement deliveries. All through JPMorgan. Two years after his 2008 plea deal. This is why they settled for $290 million.

The Fax

**EFTA01591799-01591809** - A six-page fax dated September 27, 2010, sent through JPMorgan Chase (fax number 302-634-5955).

One day of wire transfer instructions. Let's break it down.

The Wires

Wire 1: Ghislaine Maxwell - $1,000,000

Maxwell had a JPMorgan account. She was moving seven figures through it in 2010.

Wire 2: Jeffrey Epstein - $109,288

**Translation:** Epstein paying for desalination equipment on Little St James Island. "Mechanical Desal" = mechanical desalination system. "Req #6" = this was the sixth payment request.

He was building infrastructure.

Wire 3: Jeffrey Epstein - $5,000

South African payments. Why?

Wire 4: Jeffrey Epstein - $7,249.01

**LSJ = Little St James.** Invoice numbers for island supplies.

Wire 5: Jeffrey Epstein - $10,348.71

**Caricement = Caribbean Cement.** Building materials for the island.

Wire 6: Financial Trust Company - $1,000,000

A shell company moving $1M into Epstein's JPMorgan account the same day Maxwell moves $1M out of hers.

What This Means

**September 27, 2010:**

- Two years after Epstein's 2008 Florida plea deal

- Maxwell and Epstein coordinating $2M+ through JPMorgan

- Epstein actively building out the island (desalination, cement, supplies)

- Shell companies (Financial Trust Company) feeding his accounts

- South African payments for unknown purposes

JPMorgan didn't just bank Epstein after his conviction. They banked the **entire operation**.

The Cast

**Harry Beller** - Epstein's assistant who handled wire instructions. His name appears on most of the transfer memos.

**Janet** and **William** - JPMorgan Private Bank employees processing these wires.

**Darren Indyke** - Epstein's lawyer, mentioned as contact for Financial Trust Company transfers.

**Big Bear Construction** - Contractor building out Little St James infrastructure.

**Caricement** - Caribbean cement supplier delivering building materials.

Why JPMorgan Settled for $290 Million

This is why.

Not because they "should have known." Because they DID know. They processed the wires. They saw "Mechanical Desal" and "Caricement" and "LSJ Invoices." They watched Maxwell move $1M the same day Epstein funded island construction.

They were the financial infrastructure for the operation.

USVI v. JPMorgan Chase resulted in a $75 million settlement.

Jane Doe 1 v. JPMorgan Chase resulted in a $290 million settlement.

The fax receipts explain why.
