# The 23andMe Pipeline: From Epstein's Dinners to Russian Gangster Money
The Bankruptcy That Wasn't Random

15 million customers' DNA data goes up for sale.
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals bids $256 million. States sue to block it. The sale is reopened.
Anne Wojcicki - 23andMe's founder - buys it back for $305 million through a nonprofit called TTAM Research Institute.

The 23andMe founder was in the same room as a convicted sex offender who was collecting DNA through her company's platform.

What This Means
The founder of 23andMe attended dinners with:

Update: The Tradecraft Layer (February 26, 2026)
Since this article was first published on February 11, the Epstein files have claimed six confirmed kills. Three arrested or charged. Three resigned or confessed. The DNA collection operation documented here sits inside a much larger tradecraft architecture that is now making international news.
**The Cipher Validation:** DugganUSA's CARVER targeting methodology scored 31 persons in the Epstein network. Seven had zero documents in the DOJ release. When the House Oversight Committee released 2,897 documents from Epstein's inbox, all seven predictions hit. The cipher maps the topology of suppression — what the government chose to hide, revealed by the shape of what they chose to show.
**The Communication Architecture:** The DNA collection operation wasn't isolated tradecraft. Epstein operated at least five email identities (jeevacation, jeeitunes, littlestjeff, jeffreyepsteinorg, jeeproject). The FBI's own search warrant keyword list (EFTA00027057) documents this. He used draft folder dead drops — the same technique employed by CIA officers, Russian spies, and Al-Qaeda. His network standardized on BlackBerry for encrypted BBM messaging. His alias "Jeffery Edwards" appears in US Marshals booking records.
**The Dubai Question Gets Bigger:** Staff emailed 23andMe customer care (EFTA02218040) asking whether kits could be "used, brought back to the US and shipped to you from the US for processing." They were solving the logistics of international DNA collection. Another email (EFTA02212928) instructed staff to "Send aziza 23andme" — a kit dispatched by name to someone with an Arabic name. 30 kits to Dubai wasn't a one-off. It was an operation with named targets.
**The Maxwell Cross-Reference:** Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers are now fighting the release of 90,000 additional pages, calling the Epstein Files Transparency Act unconstitutional. The FBI's keyword list included *gmax*, *pipex*, *aace*, *abx17* — Maxwell operated her own parallel communication network. Her Terramar Project maintained separate UBS financial infrastructure at 116 East 65th Street (EFTA01276663), blocks from Epstein's townhouse.

The 23andMe pipeline wasn't a side project.
