**TL;DR**: DOJ documents show Jeffrey Epstein hosting Steve Bannon in March 2018, trying to broker a meeting with Larry Summers, while his brother joked about Putin having kompromat on Trump.

The Discovery

We indexed 189,000+ documents from the DOJ Epstein release. A search for "blowing bubba" returned emails between Jeffrey Epstein and his brother Mark from March 2018.

What we found is a window into Epstein's world five months after Bannon left the White House.

The Timeline

**March 19, 2018**

Mark Epstein emails his brother: "How are you doing? What is your boy Donald up to now?"

Jeffrey replies: "All good. Bannon with me."

**March 21, 2018**

Mark follows up with the joke that led us here:

> "Ask him if Putin has the photos of Trump blowing Bubba?"

Jeffrey responds: "and i thought- I had tsuris" (Yiddish for troubles)

Mark doubles down: "You and your boy Donnie can make a remake of the movie Get Hard."

Jeffrey: "you mean DONNI TEE"

**March 24, 2018**

Jeffrey emails Larry Summers directly:

The Bigger Picture
