# The Broker: Jeffrey Epstein, MBS, and the Gulf State Intelligence Trade
> *Omg! Ari taking me for Dinner with MBS, future king of Saudi*
That's from the inbox of a registered sex offender. The "MBS" is Mohammed bin Salman — now Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, de facto ruler of the world's largest oil producer, the man who ordered the murder of Jamal Khashoggi.
And Jeffrey Epstein had dinner access.
The Crown Prince
The Epstein files contain at least seven distinct MBS-related threads, spanning dinner invitations, signed term sheets, schedule tips to political operatives, and nuclear weapons discussions with Bill Gates.
**EFTA02490503** — The dinner invitation. Someone in Epstein's circle, breathless: *"Omg! Ari taking me for Dinner with MBS, future king of Saudi."* The characterization of MBS as "future king" — before he was Crown Prince — shows Epstein's network had early access to Saudi succession intelligence.
**EFTA02520192** — Someone calls MBS *"your friend MBS"* to Epstein. Not a distant connection. A personal one.
**EFTA02382137** — Epstein's Google Calendar: **"mbs?"** as an appointment entry, September 2017.
**EFTA02479756** — A signed term sheet involving MBS and Epstein's circle.
**EFTA02518360** — March 2018. Epstein tips off Steve Bannon — Trump's former chief strategist:
> *MBS coming to wash 19th*
MBS's March 2018 US visit was a major diplomatic event. Epstein is providing advance scheduling intelligence to Trump's political network. This is intelligence brokering — a sex offender tipping off a political operative about a head of state's travel.
**EFTA02522050** — Epstein to Bill Gates:
> *MBS is open to new tech*
Attached: a New York Times link about Saudi Arabia's nuclear weapons program. "New tech" next to nuclear weapons. Epstein positioning himself as the bridge between the world's richest tech billionaire and the Saudi crown prince's technology and military ambitions.
**EFTA02459650** — Richard Kahn to Epstein, forwarding:
> *Saudi Arabia Has Funded 20% Of Hillary's Presidential Campaign*
Epstein's circle tracking Saudi political financing of both American parties.
The Ruler of Dubai
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum — ruler of Dubai, Vice President of the UAE, one of the wealthiest people on Earth — went through Epstein for private business consultations.
**EFTA01300797** — Epstein to Jes Staley, CEO of JP Morgan:
> *sheik mohammed have asked for private talks. grab a group from goldman?*
The ruler of Dubai asks a registered sex offender to arrange private talks. Epstein's response: should he assemble a Goldman Sachs delegation? A convicted criminal serving as intermediary between a head of state and Wall Street's most powerful investment bank. JP Morgan's CEO received this correspondence.
**EFTA01834096** — Epstein inviting someone over:
> *the man that built dubai is here at my house in ny, want to stop by?*
Sheikh Mohammed. At Epstein's Manhattan townhouse. Described as *"the man that built dubai."*
**EFTA02516529** — Epstein offers MIT/Joi Ito access to the Crown Prince of Dubai. Sultan Bin Sulayem describes the Dubai Crown Prince as *"good friend of MBS."* Epstein connecting American academic institutions to Gulf royals.
The Port Operator
Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem — chairman of DP World, one of the world's largest port operators, owned by the Dubai government — was a regular Epstein correspondent.
**EFTA02487798** — Subject line: **"Putin."** Sultan sends Epstein photos of himself with Vladimir Putin. A Gulf state official demonstrating Russian access to a sex offender.
**EFTA02433896** — Sultan reporting:
> *I was with sheikh Mohammed... he is very optimistic, happy and strong*
Intelligence about the ruler of Dubai's emotional state and strategic posture, delivered to Epstein.
**EFTA02364423** — Sultan asks Epstein if MBS will be at Trump's inauguration. He wants Saudi embassy contacts to arrange a meeting. Epstein as the connector between Gulf commerce and American political transitions.
**EFTA02430536** — Epstein sharing Mossad Dubai assassination articles with Sultan. The two of them discussing Israeli intelligence operations on Dubai soil.
The Bag Man
The Gulf connection extended beyond Saudi and Dubai into the world's largest financial fraud.
**EFTA02367243** — Kathy Ruemmler (Epstein's lawyer, former Obama White House Counsel) asks:
> *Is the account holder Jho Lo?*
Epstein responds:
> *he is the transferor, the bag man for leader*
Jho Low. The Malaysian financier at the center of the 1MDB scandal — $4.5 billion embezzled from Malaysia's sovereign wealth fund. Epstein identifies Low as the money mover for the Malaysian Prime Minister. Insider knowledge of one of the largest financial frauds in history.
Epstein knew both sides. The money mover — and the bank.
**EFTA02487249** — Ariane de Rothschild (Edmond de Rothschild Group) to Epstein:
Microsoft pulls this feed daily. AT&T pulls this feed daily. Starlink pulls this feed daily. Get the DugganUSA STIX feed — $9/mo →
> *Yes that's why I'm so worried*
She's worried about 1MDB exposure. With reason.
**EFTA02452636** — Ruemmler to Epstein:
> *90 Federal Police Officers Raided Edmond de Rothschild Bank — 1MDB*
Epstein tracking the investigation from the bank side (Rothschild confiding her worry) and the money-mover side (identifying Low as "the bag man"). Both sides of a $4.5 billion fraud, flowing through a single inbox.
The Nuclear Thread
**EFTA01833615** — A discussion connecting Abu Dhabi royals with Bill Gates on nuclear energy. Gates's TerraPower was developing advanced nuclear reactors. Epstein serving as intermediary between Gulf state nuclear ambitions and American tech billionaires.
**EFTA02431957** — Additional Abu Dhabi / Sheikh Abdullah nuclear correspondence in Epstein's files.
Combined with the MBS email where Epstein tells Gates *"MBS is open to new tech"* alongside a nuclear weapons article (**EFTA02522050**), the pattern emerges: Epstein was positioning himself at the intersection of Gulf state nuclear ambitions, American technology, and Silicon Valley capital.
Prince Andrew's Saudi Thread
**EFTA02418801** — A communication connecting Prince Andrew to a *"Saudi Prince"* and a *"secret intelligence firm"* in the same message.
British royalty. Saudi royalty. Private intelligence. All in the same document in a sex offender's correspondence files.
Tom Barrack — chairman of Trump's inaugural committee, later convicted of acting as an unregistered UAE foreign agent — was a deep Epstein contact from 2010-2017+ (**EFTA02407023**, **EFTA01841841**, **EFTA02347423**, **EFTA02466595**). The bridge between Trump-world and the Gulf states ran through Epstein.
The Pattern
A registered sex offender had:
- Dinner access to the future king of Saudi Arabia
- Advance scheduling intelligence on MBS's Washington visit (shared with Bannon)
- A direct channel to Bill Gates about MBS's technology interests (with nuclear weapons context)
- Private business consultation access to the ruler of Dubai
- Goldman Sachs delegation authority for Sheikh Mohammed
- Insider knowledge of the 1MDB fraud ("he is the bag man for leader")
- Both sides of a Rothschild bank raid
- Nuclear energy discussions connecting Gulf royals to American tech billionaires
- Putin photos from a Dubai government port operator
Every one of these relationships operated post-conviction. Every one of them involved heads of state, intelligence services, or sovereign wealth. And every one of them flowed through the inbox of a man who died in a federal detention center while cameras malfunctioned and guards slept.
