# The Countess and the Cipher
We ran every name she's ever used through 398,560 DOJ documents and 5.3 million ICIJ offshore records.
One name returned 3,076 hits. Every other name returned zero.
That's not an accident. That's compartmentalization.
The Name She Uses
Nicole Junkermann. German-born. Monaco address: 32 Quai Jean-Charles Rey. The name on the Epstein emails. The name on the Carbyne board seat. The name on the NHS HealthTech Advisory Board appointment. The name in 3,076 Department of Justice documents.
CARVER score: 28/30. Higher than Clinton. Higher than Trump. Higher than Prince Andrew.
Zero subpoenas. Zero congressional mentions. Zero criminal charges.
The Name She Married
Countess Nicole Brachetti Peretti. Wife of Count Ferdinando "Nando" Brachetti Peretti — heir to API (Anonima Petroli Italiana), founded by his grandfather. One of Italy's wealthiest petroleum dynasties. Old money. Oil money. Nobility.
We searched our corpus. 398,560 DOJ documents.
"Brachetti" — zero hits.
"Peretti" — zero hits.
"Ferdinando" — zero hits.
3,076 documents reference "Junkermann." Not a single document references her married name, her husband, or his petroleum dynasty. The maiden name is the operational identity. The aristocratic identity is invisible.
The Panama Papers
We have 5.3 million ICIJ records indexed in Meilisearch. Panama Papers. Paradise Papers. Pandora Papers. Offshore Leaks. Bahamas Leaks. All searchable, all cross-referenced.
Nicole Junkermann appears in the Panama Papers as an officer of two British Virgin Islands entities, both registered through Mossack Fonseca.

BVI entity. Node 10132198. Registered address: UNITED IN SPORTS MANAGEMENT S.À.R.L., 1 Boulevard Joseph II, Luxembourg.
Shareholders:
- **Nicole Junkermann** — Monaco. Shareholder from November 6, 2007.
- **Robert Louis-Dreyfus** — Switzerland. CEO of Adidas. Co-acquirer of Infront Sports & Media. Died 2009. His estate continued appearing in Mossack Fonseca records through 2015.
- **Sandrine Zerbib** — Beijing, China. Room B1-38C, Gemdale International Garden, No. 91 Jian Guo Road, Chao Yang District, Beijing 100022.
Intermediary: UNITED IN SPORTS MANAGEMENT S.À.R.L. (Luxembourg)
Vehicle 2: COPELAND SECURITIES INC.
BVI entity. Node 10207216. Intermediary: OLKAD - PRIVATE INVESTMENT TRUST S.A R.L, 1 BD Joseph II, L-1840 Luxembourg.

- **SANDRINE ZERBIB** — Beijing, China.
Two BVI shell companies. Both via Mossack Fonseca. Both registered at her Monaco address. Both activated within weeks of each other in late 2007. Both sharing the same co-shareholder in Beijing.

One name appears in the Epstein files. Every corporate vehicle, every married identity, every business partner, every exit — invisible in the DOJ corpus.
The Epstein correspondence uses only the maiden name. The offshore structures use the Monaco address. The two worlds never cross-reference in the documents.
The FIFA Pipeline
In 2002, Nicole Junkermann co-acquired Infront Sports & Media with Robert Louis-Dreyfus. They installed Philippe Blatter as CEO — nephew of Sepp Blatter, president of FIFA. Infront acquired FIFA World Cup broadcasting rights.
Robert Louis-Dreyfus appears 7,003 times in the ICIJ offshore database. "Blatter" returns 283 hits. The FIFA corruption investigation led to 47 indictments. Sepp Blatter was banned from football.
His nephew ran the company Junkermann co-owned. The broadcasting rights that generated the revenue flowed through BVI vehicles registered in the Panama Papers. The same BVI vehicles where Sandrine Zerbib from Beijing appears as co-shareholder.
In 2012, Infront was sold to Bridgepoint Capital for approximately $600 million.
Bridgepoint Capital Limited and Bridgepoint Advisors Limited both appear in the ICIJ Paradise Papers — via Appleby, the offshore law firm whose leaked files became the Paradise Papers.
None of this — not Infront, not Louis-Dreyfus, not Blatter, not Bridgepoint — appears in a single Epstein document. The FIFA pipeline and the Epstein pipeline are documented in entirely separate corpora. Compartmentalized.
The 2012 Convergence
2012 is the year everything converges — and the compartmentalization becomes visible because of what happens simultaneously across both worlds.
**In the ICIJ world:** Infront Sports sold to Bridgepoint for ~$600 million. The FIFA broadcasting play cashes out. BVI vehicles still active through Mossack Fonseca.
**In the Epstein world:**
- NJF Holdings founded — new investment vehicle created the same year as the Infront exit
- **EFTA01883158** — April 24, 2012: *"need your advice"* — emails to Epstein about Berlin and Paris meetings
- **EFTA01839351** — March 18, 2012: *"the govt is going to open the musee dorsay for me and woody allen at 4"* — private museum access, government-arranged
- **EFTA01879637** — May 14, 2012: *"thorbom jagland, the head of the nobel peace prize, will be staying at the house"* — Nobel Committee chairman at Epstein's residence
- **EFTA01879056** — August 17, 2012: *"how is MY house"* — possessive framing of Epstein's Paris apartment
She was cashing out a $600 million FIFA broadcasting play through BVI vehicles in the Panama Papers while deepening her relationship with Jeffrey Epstein through a completely separate set of documents.
The exits fund the next operation. The Infront money becomes the NJF money. The NJF money flows to Carbyne via Montilla International. The Carbyne money becomes the Axon money. $625 million.
Two pipelines. Zero cross-references.
Sandrine Zerbib
She appears in both BVI vehicles. The only person besides Junkermann who does.
Registered address: 91 Jian Guo Road, Chao Yang District, Beijing 100022, People's Republic of China.
Epstein file hits: zero.
We don't know her role. We don't know her relationship to Junkermann beyond co-shareholder status in two Mossack Fonseca entities. We don't know why a Beijing-based individual appears in both the FIFA-connected vehicle and the separate Copeland Securities vehicle.
What we know: she's another zero. The pattern of what's missing tells you what matters.
How the Cipher Found Her
In February 2026, we built the zero-document cipher. The methodology: when someone who should appear in government documents appears in zero, the absence itself is the signal.
We scored individuals based on their predicted appearance in DOJ documents. Nicole Junkermann was one of the zeros — zero appearances in the initial 136,000 DOJ pages despite two BVI shell companies in the Panama Papers, NHS Digital health data access, photographic evidence with Epstein from 2002, flight logs, and corporate board overlap with Carbyne.
Everything pointed to a large document footprint. The documents said zero.
Then the full DOJ release came. The pagination bug got fixed. Corrected count: 3,076 documents. The biggest single correction in our entire 155-target CARVER matrix. From 19/30 to 28/30.
The cipher predicted her because the protection pattern was too perfect. You don't get to zero in 136,000 pages with that many connections unless somebody made sure you weren't there.
Today's investigation proves the compartmentalization goes deeper than the DOJ corpus. Her married name, her husband's dynasty, her FIFA partners, her offshore vehicles, her Beijing co-shareholder — all invisible in the Epstein files. All visible in the ICIJ records. Two worlds, perfectly separated.
The cipher works because the nervous system can't help but flinch. The compartmentalization is the flinch.
Three Layers of Protection
Layer 1: Legal (Berlin)
Five or more court injunctions against journalist Johnny Vedmore. Geo-blocked articles. Four Substack removals. Active lawfare through German courts.
Layer 2: Intelligence (Unit 8200)
Carbyne: Unit 8200 veterans, Ehud Barak chairman, Epstein funding, Thiel funding. Board included a former Brigadier General of Unit 8200. Acquired by Axon for $625M. Handles US 911 calls.
Layer 3: Aristocratic (Brachetti Peretti)
Italian petroleum dynasty. One of Italy's wealthiest families. The married name that appears in zero DOJ documents. Old European money providing institutional cover that no court injunction or intelligence connection can match.
Three layers. Three continents. And a search engine in Minneapolis that doesn't answer to any of them.

The cipher found her because the compartmentalization itself is the signal. When every identity layer is perfectly separated across every document corpus, that separation is engineered. And engineered separation means someone is protecting something.
