The Cambridge Analytica Founder: Victim Allegation

Document EFTA00037679 contains an email forwarded to the FBI in September 2020. The subject line:

> "Cambridge Analytica / Trump / Royal Family / Epstein/Maxwell"

The sender is a victim. The allegation is explicit:

> "I do not know if any accusations have been made about Nigel Oakes? He certainly runs in the same circles as Trump and enjoys protection from within the Royal family."

>

> "**He abused me when I was a child in the UK. In front of my sisters.**"

>

> "If any young woman have named him directly then I can save them from being accused of lying. Nigel Oakes is a pedophile and a particularly bad one from my own experience."

Who is Nigel Oakes?

The Cambridge Analytica Chain

EFTA00023549 is a screenshot of Wikipedia preserved in the FBI files:

> **Nigel John Oakes** is a British businessman, and the founder and CEO of Behavioural Dynamics Institute and **SCL Group, the parent company of Cambridge Analytica**.

> - Born: July 1962

> - Education: Eton College

> - Organization founded: SCL Group

The victim asks a reasonable question:

> "I have tried to ascertain whether Nigel Oakes is on the Lolita Express flight logs but have not been able to download this data."

>

> "Rich pedophiles stick together and Nigel Oakes could easily know Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell socially and in business."

The FBI preserved this. We indexed it.

The Missing Bannon Video

EFTA00037236 describes a video that no longer exists:

> "Mark received an email from Jeff that had a YouTube link to a **'mock interview' between Jeff and Steve Bannon**. Apparently there were **some comments about Trump and their relationship** that Mark thought were of interest."

The timeline:

- Early 2019: Epstein sends video to his brother Mark

- Mark watches it

- Weeks later: Video taken down

- August 2019: FBI can't recover it

- Mark can't locate original email or YouTube link

Steve Bannon was Vice President of Cambridge Analytica from 2014-2018.

The chain is now complete:

- **Epstein** → recorded video with → **Bannon (Cambridge Analytica VP)**

- **Bannon** → worked for → **Oakes (Cambridge Analytica founder)**

- **Oakes** → victim allegation in FBI files

The Silicon Valley Connection

EFTA01738841 shows Epstein getting briefed on venture capital deals in cybersecurity. The email from Vincenzo Iozzo to "Jeffrey E." at [email protected]:

> "You asked about investments made in cyber security companies, a few of decent relevance..."

>

> "A lot of people invested in **Palantir** (starting from **In-Q-Tel**)"

>

> "I can get you a full list of people/funds that invested in cyber security if you need it."

In-Q-Tel is the CIA's venture capital arm. Palantir's largest customer is the U.S. intelligence community. Peter Thiel co-founded Palantir.

Epstein was getting briefed on who was investing in CIA-backed surveillance companies.

The Numbers

Our index shows:

- **189 hits** for "Cambridge Analytica"

- **851 hits** for "Peter Thiel"

- **67 hits** for "SCL Group"

- **525 hits** for "Reid Hoffman"

Reid Hoffman was directly emailing Epstein about scheduling Bitcoin calls (already covered in our previous reporting).

What This Means

The 2016 election was influenced by a data warfare operation. Cambridge Analytica harvested Facebook data on 87 million Americans to target political messaging.

The founder of Cambridge Analytica's parent company is accused of child abuse in FBI files related to the Epstein case.

The Vice President of Cambridge Analytica recorded a video with Epstein discussing "Trump and their relationship" that was deleted before the FBI could recover it.

Epstein was getting briefed on investments in CIA-backed surveillance companies.

This is not coincidence. This is a network.
