# The Gulf State Pipeline: Epstein's Direct Line to the Saudi Royal Court
Why This Matters
The Epstein story has been told as an American scandal. Silicon Valley billionaires. Hollywood celebrities. A former president on flight logs.
But 329,442 DOJ documents tell a different story. One that connects a convicted sex offender to the highest levels of Gulf State power - including a direct line to the Saudi Royal Court during Mohammed bin Salman's rise to power.
This is the first comprehensive documentation of Epstein's Gulf State network. The implications extend far beyond Palm Beach.
Part I: The Royal Court Adviser
Raafat Al-Sabbagh
In May 2016, a Saudi official named Raafat Al-Sabbagh was appointed as an adviser to the Royal Court of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He still holds that position today.
That same month, he was visiting Jeffrey Epstein's Manhattan townhouse.
**EFTA02353684** (May 17, 2016):
*"Dear Jeffrey, Thank you very much for your hospitality. It was my great pleasure to meet you at your beautiful house specially the (GYM) area. I am looking forward to continue our conversation and laughters in New York."*
The "GYM area." The same townhouse where Virginia Giuffre alleged abuse occurred. Where massage tables were found during the 2019 raid. A Saudi Royal Court adviser found it noteworthy enough to mention specifically.
**EFTA02394164** (May 20, 2016):
*"Hi Jeff, Thank you for your email. We really had fun! thank you for hosting us last night. Your generous hospitality and warm reception are highly appreciated. I enjoyed the crispy flavor of the conversation. It Gave the talk different taste. It was productive and informative."*
"Productive and informative." What business did a Saudi Royal Court adviser have with a registered sex offender that required in-person meetings at his Manhattan townhouse?
Part II: Tracking MBS
June 2016. Mohammed bin Salman is Deputy Crown Prince, consolidating power. He's about to visit the United States.
Jeffrey Epstein is tracking his movements and sharing articles with his Saudi contacts.
**EFTA02461687** (June 4, 2016):
Epstein forwards an Indian Express article to Raafat Alsabbagh:
*"Saudis deputy crown prince Mohammed bin Salman to visit US for talks"*
**EFTA02459670** and **EFTA02459675** (June 13, 2016):
More articles forwarded - this time about MBS's US visit agenda, sent to both Raafat Alsabbagh and Terje Rod-Larsen (former UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process).
*"3 main stops, political, economic issues on agenda of Prince Mohammed bin Salman visit to U.S."*
A convicted sex offender was tracking the movements of the future Saudi Crown Prince and sharing intelligence with a Royal Court adviser.
Part III: The Intermediary Network
Epstein didn't communicate directly with Saudi royals. He used intermediaries - a classic intelligence tradecraft pattern.
Aziza Al Ahmadi
Currently an adviser to the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism. In 2016, she was coordinating communications between Epstein and Saudi officials.
**EFTA02453923** (August 25, 2016):
*"How are you? Pilgrims season start here in Saudi now."*
**EFTA02454118** (August 25, 2016):
*"I am off now to Riyadh."*
**EFTA02368582** (August 25, 2016):
*"I will work for arrange a Skype with Him."*
Who is "Him" with a capital H? In Saudi Arabia, that honorific typically refers to royalty.
**EFTA02368582** (same thread):
Epstein's response reveals the pitch:
*"I am ready to do a skype call with raafat, or anyone else. A doctor needs to talk to the patient. My presentation is simple, you are a sovereign nation. Not merely a large investor."*
"A doctor needs to talk to the patient." Epstein positioning himself as someone who could diagnose and treat... what, exactly?
The Security Awareness
**EFTA02453923**:
Aziza: *"His email is not secure."*
Epstein: *"I know its not secure anyone can get the message."*
They knew they were being watched. They communicated anyway.
Part IV: The Qatar Connection
The Gulf State network extended beyond Saudi Arabia.
**EFTA02386841** (February 7, 2017):
*"Sheikh Waleed may call you today around 7pm (Doha — Qatar time)"*
**EFTA02358951** (January 24, 2017):
Lesley Groff's calendar reminder:
*"Reminder: Call Fawzi Sharia in one hour (12pm EST, 8pm Qatar time)"*
*"Call Mr. Fawzi Siam, Sharia Audit Manager"*
A "Sharia Audit Manager" in Qatar, coordinating calls with Jeffrey Epstein about blockchain technology.
Part V: The Sharia Cryptocurrency Pitch
What was Epstein selling to Gulf State royals?
**EFTA02448712** (October 10, 2016):
*"Tell your guys, we should think about crypto currency like bitcoin and sharia. Smart contracts inherent to the system. Also when are you going to Morocco?"*
**EFTA02345782** (January 26, 2017):
A response asking for more details:
*"What is the cryptocurrency will be used in case you are not talking about bitcoin? In addition to below and above inquiries, kindly send your (idea-proposal) showing the block chain with the sovereign involvement and guarantee..."*
Epstein was pitching a **Sharia-compliant cryptocurrency** to Gulf State officials. A sovereign digital currency for the Middle East.
According to media reports based on these same documents, Epstein claimed he had spoken with "some of the founders of bitcoin" who were "very excited" about the project.
Part VI: The Dubai DNA Pipeline
The Gulf State network wasn't just about cryptocurrency. It was about biological data.
**EFTA02214467** (June 5, 2017):
*"Hello Taylor. I would like to help Sultan facilitate his order #740-627542-142810 of 30 (thirty) '23 and Me' kits he placed an order for on May 20, 2017."*
The Sultan in question: **Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem**, Chairman of DP World, one of the largest port operators on Earth. His company controls critical infrastructure in 78 countries.
**EFTA02216142** (June 8, 2017):
Lesley Groff coordinating delivery:
*"Here is the order for the 30 DNA kits. Once they arrive the house please let me know...we will then need to coordinate and take them to JFK and get on a flight to Dubai!!"*
30 DNA kits. Shipped through Epstein's Manhattan townhouse. Hand-carried to JFK. Flown to Dubai.
Why would one of the most powerful port operators in the world need DNA kits shipped through a convicted sex offender's house?
Part VII: Prince Andrew's Saudi Schedule
The British royal connection to Epstein is well-documented. Less discussed: his Gulf State connections.
**EFTA02418801** (September 29, 2010):
Prince Andrew, responding to Epstein's schedule inquiry:
*"Sadly can't have a lunch with Saudi Prince and then out to secret intelligence firm. Free from 1600 before G comes to me at 1700."*
"G" is Ghislaine Maxwell, later convicted of sex trafficking.
In one email, we see:
- A British Royal
- Communicating with a convicted sex offender
- About lunch with Saudi royalty
- Before visiting a "secret intelligence firm"
- While scheduling time with his convicted co-conspirator
Part VIII: The Intelligence Question
Alexander Acosta, the US Attorney who gave Epstein his 2008 sweetheart deal, allegedly told the Trump transition team:
*"I was told Epstein 'belonged to intelligence' and to leave it alone."*
The Gulf State connections provide context for that claim.
**The Pattern:**
- Direct access to Saudi Royal Court advisers
- Tracking MBS's movements during his rise to power
- Intermediaries aware of surveillance ("his email is not secure")
- Pitching sovereign cryptocurrency to Gulf States
- DNA collection shipped to Dubai port magnate
- British Royal discussing "secret intelligence firms" while scheduling Saudi lunches
This isn't a social network. This is infrastructure.
Part IX: The Khashoggi Context
On October 2, 2018, Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi entered the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. He never left.
The CIA concluded that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman ordered his assassination.
The same MBS whose movements Epstein was tracking in 2016.
The same Saudi Royal Court whose adviser was visiting Epstein's townhouse.
The same Royal Court that now has access to... what, exactly? DNA samples shipped through Epstein's network? Intelligence from his blackmail operation? Connections to American power brokers?
We don't know what Epstein provided to his Gulf State contacts. We know he had the access. We know they valued it enough to visit his "GYM area" and write thank-you notes about "productive and informative" conversations.
Part X: What We Don't Know
The documents raise more questions than they answer:
1. **What did Epstein provide to Saudi Royal Court advisers?** The "productive and informative" conversations aren't detailed.
2. **Why was the Dubai port magnate ordering DNA kits through Epstein?** Sultan bin Sulayem controls critical infrastructure globally. What was the DNA for?
3. **Did the Sharia cryptocurrency ever get built?** Epstein claimed to have spoken with Bitcoin's founders. The project's fate is unknown.
4. **Which Saudi Prince was Andrew having lunch with?** The document doesn't specify.
5. **What was the "secret intelligence firm" Andrew visited?** The name isn't disclosed.
6. **Did US intelligence know about these Gulf State connections?** If Epstein "belonged to intelligence," did that include sharing intel with foreign governments?
Part XI: The Implications
The Epstein story is typically framed as:
- Rich pedophile
- Famous friends
- Justice denied
The Gulf State connections suggest something larger:
- **Intelligence infrastructure** connecting Western elites to Gulf monarchies
- **Biological data collection** (DNA kits to Dubai)
- **Financial innovation** (Sharia crypto pitched to sovereign wealth)
- **Blackmail potential** across multiple governments
If Epstein was an intelligence asset, whose asset was he? The US? Israel? The Saudis? Multiple services simultaneously?
The documents don't answer that question. But they prove the connections existed at the highest levels.

The Bottom Line
Jeffrey Epstein had direct access to the Saudi Royal Court during Mohammed bin Salman's rise to power.
He tracked MBS's movements and shared intelligence with Royal Court advisers.
He pitched sovereign cryptocurrency to Gulf State officials.
He shipped DNA collection kits to Dubai through his Manhattan townhouse.
He communicated through intermediaries who were aware they were under surveillance.
And a British Royal discussed his Saudi royal lunches and "secret intelligence firm" visits in emails to Epstein.
This isn't conspiracy theory. This is 329,442 documents indexed and searchable.
The Gulf State pipeline was real. The question is: what flowed through it?
*"Thank you very much for your hospitality. It was my great pleasure to meet you at your beautiful house specially the (GYM) area."*
