# The Missing Witnesses: 30+ Island Workers the FBI Never Questioned
**Published:** February 7, 2026
**Author:** DugganUSA Threat Intelligence
Executive Summary
The DOJ released employee rosters for Little St. James Island. Names, phone numbers, addresses, emergency contacts - everything you'd need to interview witnesses.
The same DOJ release contains FD-302 interview forms. But they're all for prison staff at MCC after Epstein died.
The island workers who would have witnessed years of trafficking? No interview records.
The Employee Roster
**EFTA00003150** contains the complete LSJE (Little St. James Enterprises) employee roster:

- And many more.
**EFTA00003034 through EFTA00003058** contain their emergency contact forms with:
- Full legal names
- Dates of birth
- Home addresses
- Cell phone numbers
- Emergency contacts (wives, girlfriends, parents)
- Start dates of employment
What These Workers Would Have Witnessed
**Boat Captains**: Every person who came to the island arrived by boat or helicopter. Carlos Rodriguez and Ramon Linderman transported them. They saw who arrived, when, and with whom.
**Housekeepers**: Basillia Morales-Mercado, Carmen Rodgers, and Reyna Amparo cleaned the buildings. They changed the sheets. They saw what happened inside.
**Maintenance Crew**: Danny Etienne, Felito Joseph, and the landscaping team were on the island daily. They saw the comings and goings. They heard things.
**Island Managers**: Ann Rodriguez coordinated everything. She knew the schedules, the guests, the operations.
The FD-302s That Do Exist
FD-302 is the FBI's standard interview form. The DOJ release contains FD-302s, but look at who was interviewed:
**EFTA00009958** - Interview of MCC prison officer (August 30, 2019)
**EFTA00018135** - Interview of MCC inmate and staff (August 28, 2019)
These are about Epstein's death at Metropolitan Correctional Center. Prison staff. Not trafficking witnesses.
The Gap
The DOJ has:
- Complete employee roster with names
- Phone numbers for every worker
- Home addresses
- Emergency contact information
- Employment start dates going back years
The DOJ released:
- Zero FD-302 interview forms for island workers
- Zero formal witness statements from boat captains
- Zero depositions from housekeepers
- Zero statements from the maintenance crew
The Trauma Journal Confirms Staff Knowledge
**EFTA02731254** is a victim's trauma journal from a Florida treatment center in 2012. She describes:
"I started getting really scared as we landed because I had to meet a driver and I was terrified that maybe this was a set-up... The car was too much like Ghislaine's. Why do so many people drive BLACK with windows that seem so dark."
She mentions "Mr. Juan" as a driver she feared. She describes recognizing roads "because everything is so flat here" - likely Florida or Virgin Islands routes she'd been driven before.
The staff knew. They drove her. They saw her. Where are their interviews?
What Was the FBI Doing?
The FBI had years to interview these workers. Epstein was investigated in 2005-2008 (Florida). Again in 2019 (SDNY). Maxwell was prosecuted 2020-2021.
The employee roster shows workers employed during the relevant periods. The emergency contact forms show they had families, roots - they weren't flight risks.
Why weren't they questioned?

The Question
30+ employees. Names, addresses, phone numbers. Years of employment during active trafficking.
Zero formal interview records in the DOJ release.
Either these interviews happened and weren't released. Or they never happened.
Both answers are damning.

The DOJ released 3 million pages hoping no one would count the witnesses. Someone did.
*Her name was Renee Nicole Good.*
*His name was Alex Jeffery Pretti.*
