**What the DOJ documents reveal about celebrity-assisted procurement in January 2014**

One pattern we haven't seen reported: **Ramsey Elkholy** acting as a procurer, using **David Blaine's** celebrity status as bait.

January 24, 2014 - The Setup

**EFTA01939827** - Epstein to Ramsey Elkholy:

> "david blaine is also with me there. we can invite these girls to a fun dinner"

Epstein is in Paris. David Blaine is with him. They're planning to "invite girls."

January 25, 2014 - The Offer

**EFTA01937739** - Ramsey Elkholy to Epstein:

> "Slovak girl is in Paris and she can meet you and David w a friend. She's telling me her Slovak number doesn't work, so I can connect you guys by email."

The pattern: Girl + friend. Always more girls.

**EFTA01940244** - Ramsey following up:

> "not sure who her friend is. still waiting"

He's actively sourcing the friend.

January 26, 2014 - The Technique

**EFTA01936481** - Ramsey Elkholy reveals the method:

> "she finally responded when I mentioned 'David Blaine' (typical model)...the only problem is that she's working every day. But maybe after work one day she can come out w her friend (also very hot). So the best thing is to have David email her, I think that would do the trick. **Then David can suggest all 4 of you go out. Probably best to meet at your place first, so they see your home**"

Read that again:

1. Celebrity name used as bait: "she finally responded when I mentioned 'David Blaine'"

2. The dismissive aside: "(typical model)"

3. The friend chain: "come out w her friend (also very hot)"

4. The location: "meet at your place first, so they see your home"

This is procurement. The celebrity is the lure. The home is the destination.

Ramsey Elkholy wasn't just working Paris. Earlier documents show a pattern:

He's sending photos of "Julia" and discussing cover stories.

**EFTA02444059** (Oct 2009) - Elkholy to Epstein:

> "we could set something up, a 'casting' or something...She would meet with..."

"Casting" as cover for procurement.

Who Is Ramsey Elkholy?

The documents identify him as someone in Epstein's social circle who actively sourced women. He:

- Sent photos of potential targets

- Arranged meetings in multiple cities

- Used "casting" and "Victoria's Secret" as cover stories

- Leveraged celebrity connections as bait

- Provided passport information for trips (EFTA02492114)

**EFTA02298434** (Aug 2012) shows another piece of the pipeline:

Antoine Verglas - celebrity photographer. Helmut Newton-style shoots. Groups of women.

The modeling/photography infrastructure wasn't just for legitimate work.

We indexed 204,000+ DOJ documents using Meilisearch full-text search. When you look for email chains that immediately precede victim encounters, you find procurement networks.

The pattern: someone emails Epstein about a girl → the girl arrives → repeat.

Ramsey Elkholy sent at least 6 documented procurement emails. David Blaine's name was used as bait. The documents are public.
