# The Victim's Journal: Names the Media Won't Print

**Published:** February 2, 2026

**Author:** DugganUSA Threat Intelligence

Executive Summary

Buried in Dataset 12 of the DOJ's Epstein files release is a series of victim journal entries (EFTA02731420 through EFTA02731432) that name prominent billionaires, politicians, and sports team owners. The media is reporting on Larry Summers' "romantic pursuit" emails. They are not reporting what a victim wrote about him in her own words.

The Journal Entries

These documents are marked "CONFIDENTIAL FOR ATTORNEY'S EYES ONLY - DO NOT COPY" and appear to be a victim's personal writings, likely compiled as part of civil litigation.

**EFTA02731424** contains this passage:

"Thank God, my parents picked me up. For being a Rockefeller that plane Mr. Dana had me on was scary! Both he and Larry Summers are fucking disgusting! Hope no relation to Tracy! I guess it is a royal thing. Gross! Andrew is like his brother in this way!"

The victim is describing Larry Summers and Prince Andrew in the same breath. Harvard announced this week that Summers has "stepped back from teaching" while they review his Epstein ties. This document suggests there is more to review than emails.

Leon Black: Physical Violence

**EFTA02731426** describes an incident of physical assault:

"Walk down Madison Avenue to 71st St. My mother has lost her fucking mind. Even though Ghislane said it was best to take me home because Mr. Black is so important for some reason over my health. There is going to be hell to pay. I ruined their trip and I am dramatic when that fat fuck bit me! He threw me on the floor and blood all over Jeffreys carpet and I am the issue? Who the fuck bites someone? Sick! No one is that important and Leon can go fuck himself. I hate New York!"

Leon Black, the Apollo Global founder who paid Epstein $158 million, allegedly bit this victim and threw her to the floor hard enough to draw blood. Ghislaine Maxwell's response was to send her home because "Mr. Black is so important."

**EFTA02731427** contains a poem the victim wrote about Leon Black with underlined words including: "fatso millionaire," "it's violent," "goddamn baby screaming," "your seven chins," and "still as a ham."

The Names

The journal entries name the following individuals:

**Billionaires and Executives**

- Leon Black (Apollo Global) - alleged physical assault

- Larry Summers (Harvard/Treasury) - described as "disgusting"

- Dan Snyder (Washington Commanders) - called "a pig"

- Ted Leonsis (Capitals/Wizards owner) - mentioned in context of "flights of horror"

- Steve Case (AOL co-founder) - mentioned in context of "flights of horror"

- Jim Kimsey (AOL founder) - described as "deranged"

**Politicians**

- George Mitchell (former Senate Majority Leader) - "old senators like George Mitchell who you think would be good like a grandpa are bad"

**Royalty**

- Prince Andrew - "Andrew is like his brother in this way"

Context on Flights

**EFTA02731430** provides context on how victims were transported:

"They are always flights of horror. Whether its with Jeffrey, Mr. Leonsis, Mr. Case, Mr. Snyder, the Gregorys, Mr. Colgan or one being borrowed by a seemingly 'good' federal worker and even rented, it is all horror."

The victim describes flights with multiple billionaires as uniformly horrific experiences.
