The House Oversight Committee spent months investigating Jeffrey Epstein's network. They issued subpoenas. They called witnesses. They held hearings.

They never searched for Nicole Junkermann.

Who Is Nicole Junkermann?

German-born investor. Countess Nicole Brachetti Peretti (married to an Italian oil heir). Founder of NJF Holdings and NJF Capital. Grew up in Marbella, studied in Monaco, based in West London. Portfolio heavy on healthcare AI, genomics, precision medicine.

In November 2018, UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock appointed her to the NHS HealthTech Advisory Board — a position overseeing health data strategy for 65 million British citizens.

At the time of that appointment, she sat on the board of Carbyne — a 911 emergency technology company co-invested by Jeffrey Epstein, chaired by former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, and founded by veterans of Unit 8200, Israel's signals intelligence directorate.

No parliamentary questions were raised about the appointment. No vetting failure has been acknowledged.

The Sexual Relationship

Fifteen years prior was 1999. She was approximately 24 years old. He was 46.

This is not ambiguous. This is not a "business relationship that was misunderstood." This is a documented sexual relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and a woman he would spend the next twenty years introducing to heads of state, Nobel Committee chairs, Silicon Valley billionaires, and former prime ministers.

How Epstein Named Your 911 Service

**EFTA02533577** — January 28, 2018.

Epstein to Junkermann: *"baby great. strategy, change name. join co. THEN begin battle. I have some very thoughtful ideas. will take a bit of time. but very powerful."*

The company was called Reporty Homeland Security. Shortly after this email, it was renamed **Carbyne**.

Carbyne handles 911 emergency calls across the United States. When you call 911 in a growing number of American cities, your call may be routed through technology that a convicted sex offender named.

In November 2025, Axon acquired Carbyne for **$625 million**. Nicole Junkermann, as a board member and investor, presumably profited.

The investment pipeline:

- **Jeffrey Epstein**: $1 million via Southern Trust Company (BVI)

- **Ehud Barak**: Chairman, via Sum (E.B.) 2015 LP

- **Nicole Junkermann**: $500,000 via Montilla International

- **Peter Thiel**: Founders Fund invested in 2018 — first Israeli startup backed by the fund

The CEO Was Excluded

Ehud Barak to Alan Merriman at Elkstone Capital, regarding the Reporty investment:

*"Within 48 hrs my lawyer Udi Knaani will call you... Later you both could talk to Darren the lawyer of JE to coordinate everything. Amir, the CEO is not part of it."*

Amir Elichai founded Reporty/Carbyne. He is a Unit 8200 veteran. And he was explicitly excluded from the financial structure being coordinated between Barak's lawyer, Epstein's lawyer (Darren Indyke), and the investors.

The CEO of the company didn't know how his own company was being funded.

"Jeffrey Will Be the Leader"

**EFTA02278803** — March 10, 2019.

A conference call: Jeffrey Epstein, Nicole Junkermann, Darren Indyke (Epstein's lawyer), Robert Kuhn, Adam Zhu, and Nikolajs Smirnovs (NJF Capital CFO).

*"Jeffrey will be the leader."*

This was four months before Epstein's arrest on sex trafficking charges. A convicted sex offender was leading business strategy calls with a woman who sat on the board of a 911 technology company and advised the UK government on health data.

"Use My Name"

**EFTA02516927** — October 20, 2014.

Junkermann: *"On my way to see pallantir...are u well?"*

Epstein: *"thiel? knows me well... use my name, and tell them you are a friend of mine."*

Epstein brokered Junkermann's access to Palantir — Peter Thiel's surveillance technology company, which held contracts with the CIA, NSA, and ICE. Four years later, Thiel's Founders Fund would invest in Carbyne.

The access broker pattern: Epstein didn't just fund Junkermann's investments. He opened doors. Palantir. The Nobel Committee. Boris Nikolic at the Gates Foundation. Eike Batista in Brazil. The French government opening the Musée d'Orsay for a private viewing with Woody Allen.

The Nobel Committee Chair

Epstein to Junkermann: *"thorbom jagland, the head of the nobel peace prize, will be staying at the house. do you want to walk or talk?"*

Thorbjørn Jagland. Chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee. Staying at Epstein's Paris residence. Junkermann offered an introduction. On the same Paris trip where she told Epstein: *"I only come to Paris to see you."*

Boris Nikolic — The Bridge to Gates

**EFTA01920041** — June 4, 2014.

Epstein: *"boris=nicole, nicole boris. Nicole, boris... nicole is going to berlin opening"*

Epstein personally introduced Junkermann to Boris Nikolic — Bill Gates' science advisor at the Gates Foundation. The same Boris Nikolic who was named as backup executor in Epstein's will. The same Nikolic whose separation agreement with Gates was forwarded through Epstein's email.

Within days, Junkermann invited Nikolic to lunch at her house. Epstein forwarded Junkermann's World Economic Forum CV to Nikolic.

"How Is My House"

Junkermann to Epstein: *"I will be in paris starting fr... how is MY house"*

She had such regular access to Epstein's Paris apartment that she referred to it as her own.

The Quant Meetings

Junkermann sat in on quantitative finance meetings with Todd Meister, Steve Hanson, and Michael Wolff (CARVER 29/30). These were not social visits. She had access to Epstein's financial operations.

The Lawfare

Junkermann does not give interviews. She has 21 Instagram followers. She has obtained five or more interim injunctions through Berlin courts against journalist Johnny Vedmore, who has published extensively on her Epstein connections. In October 2025, Substack removed four Vedmore articles on her behalf — they were later restored.

Articles about her are geo-blocked in Germany.

This is not the behavior of someone who was "completely deceived and misled." This is the behavior of someone with resources, lawyers, and a strategy for controlling the narrative. The same pattern Epstein himself used.

The Foxcote House Question

September 1, 2002. Junkermann and Epstein fly from Paris Le Bourget to Birmingham, UK. A Bristows helicopter takes them to Les Wexner's Foxcote House. The meeting allegedly included members of the **Senate Select Committee on Intelligence**.

Flight logs confirm the trip. Meeting participants remain unconfirmed. But the question remains: what was a German investor doing at a private meeting with alleged US intelligence committee members, facilitated by Jeffrey Epstein, at Leslie Wexner's English estate?

What She Got Away With

Let's be precise about what happened:

1. She had a sexual relationship with Jeffrey Epstein starting circa 1999

2. She maintained that relationship through 2019 — a decade after his conviction

3. Epstein named the company she invested in — the company now handling US 911 calls

4. She was appointed to advise on UK national health data while sitting on the board of an Epstein-funded, Israeli intelligence-linked emergency tech company

5. The congressional committee investigating Epstein never searched her name

6. She profited when Axon acquired Carbyne for $625 million

7. She is currently suing journalists who report on any of this

And her public statement? *"Completely deceived and misled."*

While calling him "BABY." While referring to his Paris apartment as "MY house." While sitting in on his financial meetings. While Epstein was "the leader" on her conference calls four months before his arrest.

The Pagination Bug

Here's the part that should make everyone uncomfortable: we missed her too.

Our CARVER scoring system — the military targeting methodology we use to rank Epstein associates by criticality, accessibility, recuperability, vulnerability, effect, and recognizability — had Junkermann at 19/30. A mid-tier target. Someone we'd flagged in our "zero-doc cipher" analysis but hadn't prioritized.

On March 7, 2026, we fixed a pagination bug in our Meilisearch index. The bug had been capping estimated document counts, deflating scores for targets with large document footprints. When the corrected scores came through, Junkermann jumped from 19 to 28.

The biggest single correction in the entire 155-target matrix.

We built the search engine. We indexed 398,560 DOJ documents. We OCR'd 173 handwritten pages with Google Vision. And we still almost missed her because of a software bug.

If we almost missed her with 11 million indexed documents and military-grade scoring — how did Congress miss her with subpoena power?

What Needs to Happen

1. **The House Oversight Committee should explain why Nicole Junkermann was never investigated.** 3,076 documents. CARVER 28/30. No subpoena. No testimony. Why?

2. **The UK Parliament should investigate the NHS HealthTech Advisory Board appointment.** Who vetted Junkermann? Did anyone check her Carbyne board membership? Her Epstein connections were documented in flight logs years before the appointment.

3. **Axon should disclose the full investor history of Carbyne.** A $625 million acquisition of a company co-funded by Jeffrey Epstein, with financial structures coordinated by Epstein's personal lawyer. The public deserves to know.

4. **The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence should address the Foxcote House meeting.** September 1, 2002. Wexner's estate. Alleged SSCI members present. Confirm or deny.

5. **Berlin courts should stop enabling content suppression on behalf of Epstein associates.** Injunctions against journalism about public-interest matters involving a convicted sex trafficker are not justice. They are obstruction.
