# We Took Bigfoot to an ICE Protest

The Situation
Day 74 of Operation Metro Surge. 4,000+ arrests. Two US citizens shot dead. Courts saying there's "no precedent." Federal agents in unmarked vehicles. Snowplows blocking buildings.
Minneapolis is occupied.
We've been documenting this seriously - the arrests, the constitutional violations, the body count. But sometimes you need a different angle. Sometimes you need to bring Bigfoot.
The Bigfoot Manifesto
The Bigfoot Manifesto is my dearest friend David Pederson's satirical political podcast where progressive politics meets cryptid culture and conspiracy humor.
This week, we went live from an anti-ICE protest in Minneapolis. With Bigfoot.
Because when the federal government deploys 2,000+ agents to a single American city, when they violate 96+ court orders, when they shoot citizens in their own neighborhoods - sometimes the only sane response is absurdism.

Why Satire Matters
We run a threat intelligence platform. We index documents. We track IOCs and APT groups and C2 infrastructure.
But we also believe that humor is a weapon. That absurdism is a valid response to absurdity. That when the government does things that would be rejected as "too heavy-handed" in a dystopian novel, you're allowed to bring a cryptid to the protest.
The serious documentation continues. The STIX feeds keep flowing. The Epstein files stay indexed.
But The Bigfoot Manifesto is the exhale. The acknowledgment that we're living through something genuinely insane, and sometimes you process that by putting a sasquatch costume in a crowd of protesters.
