# "When Should We Head to Your Island?" - Elon Musk's December 2013 Epstein Invitation

The Receipts

We searched 329,442 DOJ documents. We found Elon Musk planning to visit Jeffrey Epstein's island.

Not a rumor. Not speculation. His own words. December 2013.

The Smoking Gun

**EFTA01940127** (December 2013):

*"Will be in the BVI/St Bart's area over the holidays. Is there a good time to visit?"* — Elon Musk to Jeffrey Epstein

Epstein's response:

*"any day 1st - 8th. play it by ear if you want. always space for you"*

Read that again. "Always space for you." This wasn't a one-time encounter. This was an open invitation.

The Follow-Up

Musk didn't just ask. He made plans.

*"When should we head to your island on the 2nd?"* — Elon Musk

He said "we." Someone was coming with him.

The trip was cancelled at the last minute. We don't know why. But the invitation was accepted. The plans were made. The intent was documented.

The Timeline

December 2013. Five years after Epstein's conviction.

At this point, everyone knew. The 2008 plea deal was public. The victim testimonies were available. The registration as a sex offender was searchable.

Musk knew. And he still asked, "When should we head to your island?"

What Musk Has Said

Musk has claimed his Epstein contact was minimal. A brief meeting. Nothing significant.

The documents say otherwise.

"Always space for you" isn't what you say to a casual acquaintance.

"When should we head to your island" isn't a question you ask someone you barely know.

Why This Matters Now

Elon Musk is:

- The richest person on Earth

- Owner of Twitter/X

- Close advisor to the current President

- Running DOGE alongside Vivek Ramaswamy

- Controlling multiple companies with government contracts

The man who asked "when should we head to your island" is now reshaping American government.

The Network

Musk wasn't the only tech billionaire in Epstein's orbit.

The same index that found Musk's island invitation found:

- **Sergey Brin** - Dinner at Jeffrey's, Ghislaine Maxwell recruitment

- **Larry Page** - $55K helicopter charter for St Barts

- **Peter Thiel** - Direct Bitcoin emails, lunch scheduling

- **Jeff Bezos** - At Ghislaine's townhouse with Bill Clinton

The Edge Foundation dinners that Musk attended included Epstein on the invitation list.

This wasn't isolated contact. This was a network.

The index is open. The documents are searchable. The receipts are public.

EFTA01940127. That's the document number. Look it up.

The Question

Every journalist writing about Musk's influence on government policy should be asking:

What happened on that December 2013 trip that didn't happen?

Why was it cancelled?

Who was the "we" in "when should we head to your island"?

And why has the richest man on Earth been allowed to memory-hole this for over a decade?

The Bottom Line

Elon Musk was planning to visit a convicted sex offender's private island five years after his conviction.

He asked "when should we head to your island on the 2nd?"

Epstein told him there was "always space" for him.

This is documented. This is verified. This is in the DOJ release.

The index found the receipts. Now someone needs to ask the questions.
